VP of Sales
Clear Payment Solutions provides merchant servicing and payment processing to the collection industry. The VP of Sales will be responsible for collaborating with a team of sales personnel to discover and close deals within the collection industry.
• Developing a small team of sales associates
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails and conferences
• Develop closing strategies to ensure goals are met
• Following up on inbound leads acquired through company website or phone calls
• Closing sales and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Research markets and identify key opportunities
• Follow specific verticals or territories that are assigned by management
Employee will need to understand customer needs and requirements to achieve monthly goals. It will be the employee’s responsibility to maintain positive relationships with clientele to ensure preservation of The Company’s reputation.
• Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Computer proficiency and ability to use Customer Relationship Management tool
• Strong phone presence
• 5-7 years of sales experience within the ARM industry
