The time will include: inspirational reflections by Dr. Carla Waterman; great fellowship; tremendous food and all the fabulous hospitality Canterbury is famous for.
Dr. Carla Waterman teaches and mentors hungry people in classic
Christian spirituality “near to the altar, close to the ground” a journey of
faith, hope and love.
Dr. Waterman holds a Ph. D. from Cornell University and
began her teaching ministry on the faculty at Wheaton College. She was a founding faculty member of the Robert E.
Webber Institute for Worship Studies.
She is a noted author of numerous articles and her book Songs of Assent, on Mary’s receptivity
to God is a deep and profound read. She
is a gifted presenter, teacher and draws people into the deep water of faith
and passion for God.
