- A factual account presented by RADM Steven Horton, JAG, USN (Ret) of the events and the Navy's finding leading to the two ships, USS Fitzgerald (DDG-62) and USS John S. McCain (DDG-56) collisions in the summer of 2017.
- Upon retirement, RADM Horton worked for the Boeing Company as a Vice President in the Law Department.
- The format will include audience participations and discussion.
- The evening will begin promptly at 1800 with a short social period, followed by a buffet dinner beginning at 1830 and the presentation beginning at 1900.
