Alpha Weekend - October 27-29

Come for a fun weekend away filled with lots of family activities, beautiful scenery, opportunities to ask questions, and a time to build lasting friendships.
There are different rooms available at different price points. Please indicate below:
-Your Room Preference (first come, first serve)
-How many people you have in your party (for food costs)
-Please select your room choice from the drop down menu below (which includes food options).-If you are interested in finding a roommate to
share the cost of the room with, please choose "Interested in Sharing a Room" on the drop down menu below. And email firstname.lastname@example.org and he will follow up with you to pair you up with a room mate and discuss details of how to pay.-Partial and full scholarships are available. Register below and mark the bottom ticket that you need a scholarships and an Alpha Team member will follow up with you to discuss details.
- Village Lodge - 2 Double beds, private bath - $180 for 2 nights (25
Lodge Rooms available)
- Smith Cottage – 2 Twin beds, private bath (cottage includes
a shared living area and kitchen) - $125 for 2 nights (4 Rooms Available)
- Woodham Lodge (for Families of 4 or more) – 2 Double beds, 2 Twin beds,
- $160 for 2 nights - (4 Rooms Available)
- Kite/Wackerlin Bunkhouses – Sleeps up to 7 in 3 Twin beds, 2
Bunk beds, Shared dorm style bath (men’s and womens) – $30 per adult for 2
nights and kids are free (4 Rooms Available)
- Oak and Pine Bunkhouses - FOR YOUTH ALPHA - Sleeps up to 50 in Bunk Beds with Separate Dorm Style Men's and Women's Bathrooms - $80 per student for 2 nights lodging and food
Adults: $40 Children
Children (Age 4-12): $25
Children (Under 3): Free

Price includes Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, Sunday Breakfast (note: please either pack a dinner or stop for dinner on your way Friday evening and on your way home Saturday for lunch). We will seek to accommodate those with diet restrictions if possible. Also, if you'd prefer not to eat the camp's food and want to bring your own food, you are welcome to. But note that only the Smith Cottage has a kitchen.
Arrival and Departure Times:
Check-In on Friday, October 27 will be between 5-7p.
Departure on Sunday, October 29 will be at noon.
