FOOD/RETREAT COSTS REGISTRATION for Alpha/Rooted Weekend - Oct 25-27

This registration covers food AND retreat costs (meeting room spaced rental, worship leader honorarium, childcare, weekend supplies, etc).

The following meals will be provided:
Friday Dinner Hot Buffet (Served 6-7p)
Saturday Breakfast Hot Buffet (7:30a)
Saturday Lunch you can bring your own or go into town to a local restaurant (suggestions will be given on the weekend)
Saturday Dinner Hot Buffet (5:15p)
Sunday Breakfast Hot Buffet (7:30a)

Also note that this is the registration for FOOD/RETREAT COSTS only.  In the original registration email you received, you also got a link for LODGING COSTS.  You will need to register seperately for lodging by clicking that link.  With food and lodging, especially for a family, the costs can add up quickly.  Therefore, please know that partial and full scholarships are available.  If you need a full or partial scholarship, click on that option and an Alpha Team member will follow up with you.  We don't want cost to prohibit anyone from coming!

Please let us let us know in the questionnaire below if you have any dietary restrictions.

There will be childcare provided for nursery-6th grade.  If you have a 7th grader or above, please arrange for them to stay with a family member or friend for the weekend unless they are responsible enough to be at the camp without supervision while you are in sessions.  Or if your child is 14 or over and they are interested in serving with the childcare team, they can be trained and earn money or service hours over the weekend.  We will send an email the week before the retreat on what to bring for your children. 

PLEASE READ: You must click on the green "Process Transaction" button in order to be registered for this event. The FIRST page will ask for your basic information then you will hit "SAVE", then you will be taken to a cart and hit "CHECK OUT", then you will be taken to a page where you will have to enter your information again and click "SUBMIT", and then finally you will be taken to a review page and click the green "process transaction" button.  Please continue in the registration process until you reach this green button.  You will receive a confirmation email after you have clicked this "Process Transaction" button and you will be completely registered.  Please note, if you do not click this "Process Transaction" button at the end of the registration process and receive a confirmation email, you will not be registered.  We understand this process is tedious and repetitive, we are working with the website platform to streamline this process for next time.
