The 28 Day Challenge is a comprehensive
food program designed to help people detox, increase their energy, lose body
fat, and redirect their eating habits. Included is 4 weeks of daily menus
(including 3 meals and 2 snacks per day), all the recipes (very user friendly
and dinners are based on 4 people), your grocery list for the week, daily
